There is major road construction taking place on 300 East which makes direct access to those businesses in that area quite problematic. Price City wants to reassure the community that those businesses in that area such as Grako’s Tire Pros, Washington Federal, Bills Home Furnishings, Kraync Motors, Peczuh Printing along with Smuin, Rich and Marsing are open for business during the construction.

In fact, Bill’s Home Furnishings is taking full advantage of the construction project by running an Emergency Construction Sale on several items in their store. They would like to remind their customers if access is denied that parking is available at the bank or anywhere within walking distance. They ask that customers please use caution when making their way through the construction zone.

Contractors have been working closely with the businesses to keep the lines of communication open during the construction process. They are looking at paving the road in the middle of August, followed by the stripping procedure in September. Business owners in that area are looking forward to the completion of the project as it will bring an enhancement quality to their business locations.

City Officials said that with the upcoming Greek Festival that guests are to park only in the visibly marked areas and to keep in mind that access through 300 East will be available after hours and on the weekend.
