Carbon County Sheriff’s Office has reported that a Crude oil tanker crashed on Highway 191 Friday morning at mile post 257. The tanker spilled 4000 gallons of yellow waxy crude oil on the highway and down into Willow Creek. Hazmat crews are responding and cleanup is in progress. Hwy 191 is closed and will be for at least a few more hours. Use Emma Park as an alternate route.
