The Eagles opened up the weekend with a tough loss that came down to the final moments. Lamar County Community College held the lead early throughout the first half, but the Eagle’s Jeffery Hunt sparked the charge, putting up 16 points, shooting 54 percent from the field. The Eagles struggled to keep Lamar County off the boards, as they rounded up 8 offensive rebounds and converted 17 points off of the Eagle’s 15 turnovers. The Eagles will be returning to the court today to try and improve their record against Central Wyoming Community College At 5 p.m.
