
The Carbon Dinos headed back to the court on Thursday to face the Juab Wasps. The Dinos have been on a roll lately, since the beginning of the season (August 10) they have played 11 different matches and have compiled a 7-4 record. Carbon defeated the Wasps 3-2 at the tennis courts in Price.
In the couple of weeks since the season began the Lady Dinos have traveled around the state including taking part in two tournaments in Logan and Mount Pleasant.
Taking full advantage of being home on Thursday, Lindsay Snow would claim victory in her singles match 6-1,6-3. In other singles action Lizzy Blackburn won her match as well 6-0 and 6-2.
The doubles team of Kaydance Scovill and Alex Cartwright would also claim victory in straight sets 6-4 and 6-4.
The Dinos will take to the court again on Friday as they take on Manti at 3:30. This will mark the last home match for the Dinos for two weeks as they head on the road. They will return on September 3 when they face Richfield.
