Our loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and friend, Willis Scott Every, age 76, passed away peacefully at home on October 21, 2020.

He was born January 1, 1944 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Walter Brian Every, Jr. and Ethel Lerena James.

Married Lona Jo Bettino on December 25, 1970 in Elko, Nevada and their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple on May 17, 1978.

Scott grew up in Hiawatha, Utah and graduated from Carbon High School.  He loved deer hunting and fishing.  Scott grew a beautiful garden each year and loved spending time working in it.  He worked for US Fuel mining in Hiawatha and later delivered coal and was a truck driver.  He fought a courageous battle with cancer and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Survived by his loving wife, Lona Jo Every, Carbonville; children, Tammy (Marty) Bernal, Show Low, Arizona, Jeana Lorraine Every, Wellington, Glen Cregg (Malisa) Every, Wellington, Chad Scott Every, Carbonville; six grandchildren, Megan (Cody) Adam, Chelsey (Jaxon) Bradley, Nakayla Every (Daniel Valdez), Morgan (Kody) Holmes, Makena Every, Logan Every; three great grandchildren, Alana Adam, Broxton Every, Huntley Bradley; brothers, Wayne (Charla) Every, Elmo, George (Jana) Every, Price; sister, Sue (Lyman) Fiack, Spring Glen.

Preceded in death by his parents; brother, Walter Brian Every, III; sister, Ann Wulffenstein.

Graveside service, Saturday, October 24, 2020, 2:00 p.m., Wellington City Cemetery.  Family will receive friends at Mitchell Funeral Home on Saturday from 12:30 -1:30 p.m.  Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price where friends are always welcome to share memories online at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net.
