Nathelle Anthony, age 81, passed away on March 11, 2021 at Castleview  Hospital in Price, Utah.

She was born on August 4, 1939 at Fort Washakie, Wyoming to Wilfred and Margaret Glick.

She went to high school in Lander, Wyoming and married her high school sweetheart, Scott Anthony; they just celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary on January 5, 2021. They have three children, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Nathelle was a member of the Price Chapel and considered them as family.

She took pride in her appearance. Everything had to match, her hair had to be exactly right, and she always put her makeup on first thing when she got up, even when she was not feeling well.

Nathelle enjoyed many things during her lifetime, including the waltz, jitterbug, square dancing, singing with Scott, trap shooting, archery, league bowling, hunting, camping, fishing and playing cards. Later in life, she had a deep love for the card game Hand and Foot, which she played for the past 19 years every Sunday with her daughter and husband. She had many friends that began to call to make appointments to go play cards with them the rest of the week. Nathelle was never too sick to play cards. She had a gift from a good friend, a laughing monkey that clanged cymbals, which she pulled out to taunt her competitors when they lost. She was extremely competitive. She also looked forward to playing Bunco once a month with her daughter and wonderful friends.

Nathelle was a fantastic cook and baker. She loved baking for family and friends. She had about 100 cookbooks but would change the recipes to her liking. She could not give you the exact recipe because she always left something out.

The broke the mold when they made Nathelle. She had a sense of humor like no other, making everyone around her enjoy her company. She had a very contagious laugh that made you laugh when she threw her head back backwards with a loud burst of laughter. She made friends everywhere she went.

She is survived by her husband Scott Alfred Anthony of Columbia, Utah; daughter, Tammy (Charles) Fleig, Price, Utah; son, Steven (Jodi) Anthony, Spearfish, South Dakota; grandchildren, Shane Moore, Cody Moore, Dusty Moore, Lyndsey Rodman, Steven Scott Anthony Jr., Joshua Collins; great-grandchildren, Kenyon Jones and Braxton Rodman.

Preceded in death by her parents, Wilfred and Margaret Glick; sister, Dorothy Chippuzzo; daughter, Rebecca; and son-in-law, Richard Moore.

Memorial service, Saturday, March 27, 2021, 1:00 p.m., Price Chapel (611 West Price River Drive, Price, Utah, 84501).
