
Eastern Utah Community Credit Union is hosting an Easter Piggy Hunt on March 25 at 5:30 pm at their Price Branch located at 675 East 100 North. Castle Country Radio was able to sit down with Collection Manager, Brooke Snyder to talk about the event.
“So our Easter event is different we hide a couple special pigs and if you find the pig that has a special marking the kid will win a prize. We also have eggs hidden with candy of course and all of this is a fundraiser event that sponsors our Angel Tree project that we do every year,” said Snyder. This event is open to the entire community and children will be divided up between age groups.
Each year the credit union assists with the community Angel Tree Project. “So Eastern Utah Community Credit Union we like to be involved with the community and we’re really big on giving back to the community. The Angel Tree we’ve done that for many years. I haven’t been with the credit union very long but they’ve done the Angel Tree for about 10 years now,” said Snyder. The credit union host several event throughout the year to assist them with funds for the Angel Tree Project.
There will be several prizes awarded to those lucky enough to find the winning pig. “The grand prize is a Nintendo Switch and for the older age range its an interactive Yoda and then for the younger group you get a very special stuffed piggy,” said Snyder. All the prizes are being provided by Eastern Utah Community Credit Union.
