Tracy Kae Oliver Nielsen, a true angel on earth, earned her heavenly wings September 22, 2021.  She was born February 7, 1963, to John Lillard and Carol McArthur Oliver.

Tracy was blessed with her daughter Jonnita Kae in 1979.  When she and Wayde married she gained two more daughters Cassie Jo and Martee Rae and together they had their son Jake.

Tracy was always there to help anyone through a tough spot and earned the title of Second Mom, which she proudly held to many of her children’s friends.

Her greatest joys were her grandchildren and she loved them dearly. It was a rare occasion to see her without one of them.

She enjoyed a life full of fun, hard work, laughs and a lot of love.  She worked for PacifiCorp at the Hunter Power Plant where she made many lifelong friends

She is survived by her husband, Wayde; daughters, Cassie Jo (Joby) Hansen, Martee Rae Piper, Jaylyn (Tanner) Lake and Jake;  nine grandchildren and many great grandchildren;  sister, Ralyn Carter; sister-in-law, Paula Nielsen.

Over the last few years she has been blessed to find that she has more siblings that she was able to share her life with, brothers, Randy (Kelli) Lee, Kip (Kerri) Allred, Dorian Allred, JK (Kimalee) Allred, Cody (Barbie) Potter, Jori (Nancy) Oman; and sisters, Scrubbie (Gib) Miller and Ellie (Tracy) Jones.

Preceded in death by daughter, Jonnita; parents, Johnny and Carol Oliver; brother, Jed Oliver; nephew, Cory Nielsen; grandson, Landon; sisters and brothers in law Toni and Bob Lindsey, Kathy and Gary Birch, and Gordon Nielsen.

Funeral service, Tuesday, September 28, 2021, 11:00 a.m., Huntington First Ward Chapel.  Family will receive friends Tuesday morning beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the church.  Interment, Lawrence Cemetery.  Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price where friends are always welcome daily and may share memories online at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net.
