The wrestling season continued for the Carbon Dinos Wednesday night against the South Summit Wildcats in Kamas.
Despite several close matches, the Dinos registered just two wins in a 68-12 loss to the Wildcats. The loss comes following a win in the season opening dual last week against Duchesne.
Tanner Greenhalgh and Colin Fausett earned the two wins for Carbon in Wednesday’s meet. The Dinos were forced to forfeit at four weight classes, shifting the overall outcome in South Summit’s favor.
Carbon will now shift its focus to the Dave Smith Memorial, Friday and Saturday at Carbon High School. A total of seven schools will compete during the two-day competition.
