The Helper Saturday Vibes is preparing for another great season of fun, food, and music. In order for the Helper Saturday Vibes to run smoothly they need vendors, volunteers and sponsors to help make this summer’s nine events spectacular.
“We’ll we have the same sponsors and more since day one, which is really exciting, the loyalty is there, and the partnerships are just growing tremendously and we love that. Because to put on this event, we need great sponsors, and great volunteers, but we do have quite a few paid positions,” said Executive Director, Kimberly Kuehn. Any businesses or organizations that would like to help sponsor the Helper Saturday Vibes events are urged to visit the website for an application.
If you’re a local vendor with merchandise or food items to sell the Helper Saturday Vibes event is looking for you. “So we have been getting so many applications this year, we’re super excited for more people, returning people, to come out. We’re still looking for more local, if you’re from around here and you have hobby or talent or anything that you want to show the people of Carbon County please apply, we would love to have you out there, it’s so much fun,” said Vendor Manager, Ruth L. Participating in the Helper Saturday Vibes provides an opportunity to showcase what resources are available in our community. The first event will kick off on May 11 with a them of Everything Animal. Officials are scheduling entertainment differently this year. The first band to take the stage will always be a local favorite, followed by a band from out of the area. “Well our first band of the season is Variant X and we all know them, they’re very local. We’re excited to have them on our stage to open up and then we have Swagger. I don’t know if you guys know Swagger but they’ve played our stage and they are amazing,” stated Kuehn. Both bands will kick off the season on May 11 at 5:00 pm till 10:30 pm at the Helper Main Street Park.
