Get ready, because The Ascension St. Matthew’s Church is hosting a child and child-at-heart Worship Night on Wednesday, July 10 starting at 5:30 p.m. The event features several faith-based activities and a meal for those in attendance.
The flyer for the event reads,” Whether you are a parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt or friend you are welcome to come and bring the child(ren) in your life”
This event allows you to get out and enjoy time with your children and friends. Activities at the event include eating a child-friendly meal, camp songs, a craft activity and a short bible story.
“My greatest hope is for this time together to be spent deepening our cross-generational relationships by having a playful worship time together.” Reverend Angela Chacón shared with Castle Country Radio,”Sharing a meal, songs, story, laughter and creating an art project that reflects our thoughts on Jesus’ love for little children and the children-at-heart.”
For more information on the event, you can contact the church’s office email at episcoluth@gmail.com. The Ascension St. Matthew’s Church is located at 522 North Homestead Blvd. in Price, Utah.
