Tracy Wayne Pierce, longtime resident of Price, passed away March 6, 2025 at the Utah Valley IHC Hospital in Provo.

He was born June 4, 1970 to Ward Pierce and Karma Griggs, in Sandy, Utah. He attended Sandy Elementary, Mount Jordan Middle School, and graduated Jordan High School, 1988. Tracy married his love Christine James in Las Vegas, NV., March 13, 2012.

Tracy leaves behind his wife Christine, daughter Shae-Lynn, son-in-law Kirk Jones, and son Anthony 13; his parents;  Ward (Patti) Pierce & Karma Childs; loving siblings, Ty Pierce, Tiffany Ellingson (Kyle) and Tearle Holbrook, his huge Pierce family, nieces and nephews and many friends, who will remember him always.

Tracy was a jack-of-all trades in building construction, roofing, sprinkler installation, petroleum and gas installation and running heavy equipment.

He loved to hunt, fish, play golf and tell jokes. He taught Anthony to shoot, hunt, wrestle, drive go-carts and play pickle ball.

A Celebration of Life for Tracy Pierce will be Thursday, March 13, 2025, 6:00 p.m., at Mitchell Funeral Home (233 East Main Street) in Price where the family will receive friends beginning at 5:30 p.m.  Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price and Huntington where friends are welcome to share memories of Tracy online at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net
