Betty Duvall Grames, 95, passed away peacefully at home on February 7, 2026 in Saratoga Springs, Utah.
She was born August 21, 1930 in Standardville, Utah to Robert and Ethel Lind Duvall.
She married her sweetheart, Clyde Arthur Grames, on May 27, 1948 in Price, Utah. Their marriage was later sealed for time and eternity in the Provo Utah Temple on June 21, 1985.
During her time in Price, Betty served as the librarian for the Price Ward for many years. Betty was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and alongside her beloved husband, she was called to serve as an Endowment worker in the Manti Utah Temple. After moving to Saratoga Springs, they again served as temple workers at the Mount Timpanogos Utah Temple.
Although they moved quite often following Clyde’s different careers, they always found time to be of service to others and to spend quality time with their loving family. Betty and her husband were avid bowlers for many years and participated in leagues throughout Salt Lake City and Price.
Betty will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and dear friend.
She is survived by her daughter, Karen Grames Colemere, Riverton, UT; grandchildren, Jaylene Colemere Morley (Terry), West Jordan, UT, Ryan Christopher Colemere (Natalie), Riverton, UT, Jason Patrick Colemere, Saratoga Springs, UT, and Rachelle Colemere Cooper (Ryan), Wellsville, UT; along with her sixteen great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Grames; parents, Robert and Ethel Duvall, seven brothers and sisters, Arland (Rhea) Duvall, Lauretta (Ben) Baker, Glenda (Carles) Marsing, Duane Duvall, Roberta (Kydo) Ariotti, Virginia McAlister, and infant Ferris Duvall.
Graveside service, Friday, February 13th, 2026, 1:00 p.m., Price City Cemetery.
