The Emery High Soccer squad took to the road on Thursday as they traveled to Richfield for the final game of the season. Tied at the end of the first half 1-1, the Spartans would go on to score two goals in the second half to seal the victory.

Brock Winter scored two goals bringing his season total to 11 while Abdul Ibrahim added one to bring his season total to six.

The victory brings a season sweep of the Wildcats and for the Spartans it brings the regular season to a close. With a 5-4-1 record in Region 15 play that should put them in fourth place in the region standings and would possibly get them a home game next week. Official standings and tournament match ups should be available in the coming days.
