The Southeast Utah Health Department announced tonight that the first positive test for COVID-19 in Carbon County has been confirmed. Due to HIPPA laws they can only say that the person who tested positive is a male between the age of 25 & 45. The health department is working with the individual to contact people who he may have come in contact with.
