Coming off of a four match losing skid, the Emery Spartan volleyball team welcomed the San Juan Broncos to Castle Dale on Thursday evening. In the hotly contested match Emery outlasted their opponent in five sets, taking the victory 3-2.

This ended the first half of the region schedule having played every team one time. They now start the second half on Tuesday the 22 on the road against Grand.
