It’s time once again for another Helper Saturday Vibes event set to take place on Saturday, May 27 at 5:00 pm on Helper’s Historic Main Street. Castle Country Radio spoke over the telephone with Vendor Manager, Rachel Barbee to discuss all the details.
“This weekend we got a full lineup for you, of great amazing food trucks, some great bands. We’ve got Johnny Utah who’s coming, who will be playing some surf rock, they’re going to be our opener. Then we’ve got a great band, The Proper Way, which will be doing some phenomenal bluegrass. Its just going to be a great time, so definitely come out, the weather should be much better than last weekend, and thanks so much for everyone to sticking it out with the weather last time,” said Barbee. Guests are reminded to bring their lawn chairs and blankets as they find a spot to sit and enjoy the bands.
There is no need to worry about dinner plans as there will be many food trucks on hand. “So we’ve got the Green Chili House coming back, this was a fan, fan, most requested food truck from last season that was that was able to come back, they’re up from Salt Lake – we’re super excited to have them. We’re also going to have some amazing Brazilian Lemonade for those of you that were able to try that at the Ren Fair, they’re going to be back with us and it was so delicious – so excited to have them. Then also Tomo with Helper Homegrown is going to have a food booth on the street as well,” said Barbee. The usual favorites will be on hand such as Angel’s Cravings and Dee’s Kitchen. The evening’s events and activities will begin at 5:00 pm and run till 10:30 pm on Helper’s Historic Main Street.
The next Helper Saturday Vibes event will take place on Saturday, June 10 with Pride as their theme for the evening’s event. “It is Pride, so definitely come out and show support for your community. This is all inclusive event for everyone, so definitely come out. We’ve got some great bands and its really going to be a huge turnout. Pride last year was are most highly attended event and it was something that we are all very, very proud to support, and excited to do it again this year,” said Barbee.
